Authors must be registered by
May 1, 2025 to be considered for a panel.
We've extended the registration deadline for authors interested in panel participation to May 1st, providing additional time for those managing deadlines or uncertain about their availability for the convention, which begins September 3rd. While we cannot guarantee placement on a panel due to limited slots, timely registration ensures authors are considered during the selection process.
CONVENTION RATE: Registration Fees
September 8, 2024 - July 1, 2025 $250
HOTEL RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN
If you registered for the convention before the hotel reservations opened, we sent you the link. If you have not received it, please email connie@perryco.biz
Click on that link and you may register at the hotel.
The link will take you to Passkey, which will have a button marked Make Reservation. Click that button and it takes you to the choice of hotel room that you want at the Marriott.

All registration cancellations will have a $75.00 cancellation fee up to July 1, 2025. After that date, the entire registration fee is non-refundable.
If a refund is due, we will refund by credit card less the $75.00 fee and/or by check less the $75.00 fee.
